This is one of beautiful small temple with lot of sculpture located just near to Hariharapura which is 18 Kms from Sringeri on Koppa Road. The Lord shiav temple was established during 1654 by Sri Mallikarhuna and Sri sharnkaranarayana. The Temple was Kalanna, Thimanna and Paramaiah. The temple dedicated to Lords Shiva known as Neelakanteswara temple. The on outer wall of temple is decorated by various stories from Sri Ramayana, Mahabharatha and Bhagawath. During 1989 temples shrine was broken due to heavy rain. However same is re established in 1990. The entrance also well decorated and Jaya and Vijaya Statues are there on both entrance. The temple is Example of Dravidian style which is really worthy see able.
